Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CutJournal AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

CutJournal AI is a body composition tracking application that provides:

  • AI-powered body fat estimation from progress photos
  • Weight and measurement tracking
  • Trend analysis and goal tracking
  • Apple Health integration
  • Progress photo journaling

AI Estimates Disclaimer

Important: AI body fat estimations provided by CutJournal AI are estimates only and should not be considered medical advice. These estimates are intended for personal tracking purposes and may not be accurate for all body types. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical assessments.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the app
  • Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
  • Not use the app for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

CutJournal AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Telic Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telic Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app. CutJournal AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
